Since 2014, we research and cocreate games and controllers to make respiratory health fun and accessible. Our projects are free/libre and gratis: everyone can enrich them.

We are part of the WHO respiratory alliance (GARD) and the Open Source Initiative.

- Adhesion study 50 young people at home over 6 months ethics 6 months + recruitment and co-creation 12 months + study 10 months + analysis 2 months. Can patients play at home on their computer with the controller? Term Adherence Assessment (Lung Function) 15 (20%) → 50 (66%) of the 75 children with mucosa at SJ (60% have PEP) patient follow-up in hospital at baseline, at three and six months.
- Development: Device improvement, game jams every two months from April 2024, internships to create PEP games.

Governance

VENTURES under this COMMUNITY follow the OPEN VALUE NETWORK model's governance.

VENTURES are COLLABORATIVE, TRANSPARENT (anyone has access to the information that they produce) and OPEN (anyone can participate). They only produce things based on OPEN SOURCE technology. Ventures have a CUSTODIAN that represents them legally and acts as a trust for their tangible assets. Ventures can have multiple EXCHANGE FIRMS, which are commercial entities that move products and services developed by Ventures on the MARKET.

EXCHANGE FIRMS oblige themselves by contract with the CUSTODIAN to share PROFIT with all contributors to Ventures, from which they commercialize PRODUCTS.
