 Physiological bath - electrical stimulation and chemical exchange

    Custom-made, temperature controlled bath to hold the biological sample within a physiological medium (liquid). Further, the bath is also equipped with channels for fast solution exchange.

 An open source USB-connected data acquisition card based on Propeller micro-controller chip and using a Python UI. Includes 4 analog inputs, 4 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, 4 digital outputs, sampling rates up to 2000 samples/seconds streaming. See folder for docs.

Hand-held (battery operated) variable power laser and LED driver (up to 100mA). Works for all LD and LED (even blue / violet / UV)




 


 Fiber grooving device

 A 3D printed device used to groove PMMA optical fibers. Works well with 1mm and 0.5mm diameter.

You can use it for processing optical fiber for illumination, making the fiber emit light sideways, or to sensitize the optical fiber to bensing for flex sensors (see Robot Finger project).
