Problems with manufacturing

We are reporting problems with the manufacturing process of our first design of the piezo driver. The APEX amplifier we're using in the design seems to be very sensitive to manipulation. We have ordered parts to manufacture 8 piezo micromanipulators, including 4 one-axis using a stack, and 4 two-axis using a piezo cylinder.

We have decided to order 2 more APEX amplifiers and to try to assemble the product, using the new PCBs ordered in China.

Bing has also proposed to modify the PCBs, to include test pins and make them more manufacturing friendly.

So far, only the prototype made by Frederic C. works very fine.
