Sensorica offers P2P-ness assessment as an open help. We apply the Principles of P2P framework, the same method used in public case studies, to your project, organization, or network.

You receive:

• An evidence file: what we found, with status, confidence, and citations

• A dynamic P2P profile: strengths, gaps, tensions, and trajectory

• Layer scores (structural, operational, economic, cultural) and a radar — as secondary signals only

• A hybridization X-ray: where P2P form meets traditional capture (legal wrappers, contributor license agreements, capital rights, infrastructure lock-in)

• An economic-model reading and a staged migration path: quick wins first, then structural change

• A short executive summary you can share with affiliates, funders, or partners

This is not a certification and not a single score. A number can hide the contradiction that matters most.

We evaluate four layers, at the scales that apply (project, open enterprise, network, global):

1. Structural — membership, roles, governance, legal form, shared infrastructure

2. Operational — transparency, stigmergy, contribution logs, conflict and forking, reputation

3. Economic — property and licensing, benefit distribution, funding, market interface

4. Cultural — ethos, learning, mission, lived agency, ecosystem embedding

Every claim is sourced. Missing evidence is marked not evidenced, never scored as zero. We check the eight P2P principles (commons, open participation, peer governance, fair benefit, generativity, context, reflexivity, lived experience) against the averages, so a high culture score cannot paper over a weak commons.

The framework is public. Judgment stays with a named assessor; averages and graphs are computed, not hand-waved. We use only public, organization-level sources unless you invite participant narratives with informed consent.

DAOs, open-source projects, co-living labs, platform co-ops, and networks that claim to be P2P, regenerative, or commons-based, especially if the culture is ahead of the legal and economic layer.
