Launch ALBAYDAR

Build regenerative & transformative human-earth-ecology beyond borders through collaboration and business marked by equity.

A collaborative effort to launch and incubate the ALBAYDAR network. This project will be dissolved once the network becomes sustainable.

To build a nexus brand directly owned by its producers; an open enterprise to produce and sell organic ethically produced items and services with complete managerial requirements so that the highest quality and positive socio-ecological impact is delivered.

To establish a branch in Germany as a trade gate to EU.

We chose the name ALBAYDAR.EARTH for the brand, where we don't only sell a product but also a story beyond Sustainability and beyond misleading fair-trade.

ALBAYDAR (the Threshing floor) has been the open space center of community life and commons in Palestine for thousands of years. I believe the values kept our community resilience for ages are lacking today and must be revived through business in a modern way to restore the damages that took place through the spoiled civilization of power by tapping into the collective hidden capital we have (natural, social, intelligence, ..).

We are lacking to realize collective meanings in our Palestiniansity mainly because of we as a nation without a country still under occupation, lives in refugee camps, fragmented around the world! The challenge of ALBAYDAR is to develop a Business Ecology based on equity and works as WATAN (homeness) which matches important values and meanings we know from our heritage. ALBAYDAR serves a wider vision of connecting earth and people as partners, solving the emotional, social-ecological issues we have locally and globally.
