The project's immediate goal is to further reduce the costs associated with the flows of digital and material Resources, unleashing the peer sharing economy.

Key features for the Nondominium hApp / infrastructure prototype:
Organization agnostic representation of Resources as DHT entries on Holochain.
Proof-of-Concept Implementation: Build and test a prototype of a distributed platform supporting Resource sharing under the nondominium property regime.
A decentralized identity, role, reputation and credential system based on private participation receipts and capability secrets on Holochain.
A programmable access / governance layer embedded in each Resource, implemented as a Holochain zome and DNAs.
Process Management: Support structured Economic Processes with role-based access control.
Lifecycle support for Resources (creation to decommissioning).
UI/UX principles that support stigmergic Resource flows.
By embedding governance into the digital substrate of Resources, we lay out the groundwork for a truly decentralized, peer sharing economy.

Nov 25, 2025 - Meeting with Tiki Wiki to discuss interfacing Nondominium with open source centralized CMS / groupweare.
Summer 2025 - Development of Nondominium was forked during development of TrueCommons in summer 2025.

VENTURES are COLLABORATIVE, TRANSPARENT (anyone has access to the information that they produce) and OPEN (anyone can participate). They only produce deliverables based on OPEN SOURCE technology. VENTURES have a CUSTODIAN that represents them legally and acts as a trust for their tangible assets. VENTURES can have multiple EXCHANGE FIRMS, which are commercial entities that move products and services developed by VENTURES on the MARKET. EXCHANGE FIRMS oblige themselves by contract with the CUSTODIAN to share PROFIT with all contributors to VENTURES, from which they commercialize PRODUCTS.
