Weather modification detection

Design and prototype devices that can detect weather modification activities. 

Weather modification is real. This technology has a lot of potential for good and for bad. The consequences of its use can greatly affect humanity in positive and negative ways. Yet, we don't know of any low cost technology that would allow people like you and I to detect and monitor who is using weather modification technology, where, when, and for what reason. We want to democratize detection and monitoring of weather modification activity.
