Sensorica offers a stimulating environment for students to learn and apply their skills to high-impact projects and open ventures. Within the Sensorica ecosystem students can also pursue their academic projects and bring them to life as open source solutions to real world problems. Within the Sensorica open environment, students get exposed to collaborative methodologies going from ideation to distribution of open source hardware. Sponsored projects give students the opportunity to earn money, other projects offer equity, which can lead to tangible future benefits. Most importantly, through their participation in open ventures and projects, students can build a portfolio of measurable contributions, which they can leverage in future endeavors. Students who want to practice the collaborative economy can learn about collaborative entrepreneurship.
